At the Centre for Restoration, we advocate for the integration of gender sensitisation into all professional pursuits to promote women’s rights and alleviate gender-based injustice. Equipping future management professionals with the necessary tools to identify gender inequality and formulate equitable solutions can lead to a significant positive impact. In pursuit of this goal, we have developed a certificate course that incorporates gender perspectives specifically for Human Resources students, with a focus on a practice-centred approach.

The 30-hour intensive course was offered as a Value-Added Course (VAC) under the National Education Policy (2020). It incorporates gender perspectives specifically for Human Resources students, emphasising:

1. Gender Mainstreaming and Sensitivity in HR Practice
2. POSH Training for HR Professionals
3. Career Opportunities in DEI and Gender Mainstreaming

TCR was thrilled to collaborate with SVKM’s Usha Praveen Gandhi College, Mumbai to introduce this certificate course for their students.
