In 2021, we conducted our first training circle. The circle, comprising six weekly sessions, were conducted for a select group of first and second year students from Ashoka University.

The aim was to orient participants with an introduction to restorative justice and associated terminology to:

1. help them be comfortable working with restorative justice or constructively challenging it;
2. create a space where they can explore these ideas that are otherwise trivialised; an
3. facilitate an academic interaction with their ideas without the compulsion of having to arrive at answers or resolutions.
