  • Learning and exploring about your sexuality, gender, and your body in a non-judgmental and free space. It defines a more open and tolerant space for people to explore and express their sexuality and gender. My sessions are a free and open space for my clients to express their sexuality, sex, gender, and their thoughts about it in a free and non- judgmental space.

  • Actively supporting and advocating for the rights, equality, and well-being of members of the LGBTQ+ community. An ally often engages in education, awareness, advocacy, respect, listening, learning, and being supportive towards the community. Being an ally is an ongoing commitment to promoting equality, understanding, and inclusivity for the LGBTQIA+ community. It requires working towards creating a world where everyone can live authentically and without discrimination.

  • The outcomes can vary depending on the individual's circumstances, the nature of the trauma they experienced, and their specific goals for therapy. Firstly, they should feel safer—mentally and physically—and lead a stable life. Secondly, their symptoms of trauma should be reduced and they should be able to regulate themselves emotionally. Thirdly, their self esteem and self worth should improve.

  • My sessions usually have a lot of space for the client to talk and my part lies in listening actively. However, making a strong bond with the client, understanding their specific goals and working around them, improving their self worth, and using of a lot of real life examples is what I focus on.
